    Well, it was a very very good stay during Vienna vacation. The a double room was stylish with art: )

    I really enjoyed tastefully decorated and well-appointed room in this hotel.

    Very efficient staff and comfortable location close to the neighborhood of Spittlesburg, everything was very good. My room included a safe, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar. I had a wonderful view of garden from my window.

    Sans Souci is a very stylish hotel with excellent ambiente and very caring and professional staff and a beautiful spa. I am a very demanding guest as I travel a lot and in this hotel I felt at home.

    Very personalised service, following up on our requests, very proactive and asking for our needs. Very clean room, well prepared with small amenities, even slippers made different sizes for him and her. Breakfast is a separate gourmet experience

    Doors to the bathroom difficult to open from inside.

    Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not!)

    If you're seeking a vibrant stay, this place hits the mark! The breakfast is a gourmet feast, with champagne! Not to mention, the cute staff ready to assist with everything. Unfortunately, lights went haywire in the bathroom, and room temperatures needed tweaking. But it's a small price for luxury. Will surely return!

    The staff were very professional and able to answer questions about the location and local facts. (Thanks especially to Alena, who helped with a wardrobe malfunction before a business meeting). The hotel is clean and comfortable.

    On February 7, I was awakened in the morning by very loud construction noises (pounding of hammer, I think). It was 7:22 am in the morning when the construction work began; I had planned to sleep late that day, so was disappointed and a bit surprised. This had nothing to do with the desk staff, who were great. I hope that in the future, this hotel can hire construction workers who will keep the noise down in the early morning.

    This hotel was the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed, and the food, the spa the pool.... I could go on and on - it was a sheer delight in all ways.

    I had an amazing stay! The breakfast was superb, definitely the highlight of each day, and I loved the cozy atmosphere of the champagne bar. The Spa was a true sanctuary, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
